China Railway 24th Bureau Group Corp said its bid spans 28.5 kilometers on the 138-km HSR, which will be a vital conduit not only connecting the two cities, but also facilitating the operation of the major rail line between Fuzhou, Fujian province, and Yinchuan, Ningxia Hui autonomous region.
