At 2:05 pm, the aircraft taxied onto the airport runway with a crew of four. It took off in compliance with normal procedures after taxiing at different speeds and undergoing tests for deflection correction.
The seaplane then performed a smooth flight, with the operating system working well and other systems remaining stable and reliable. After a 59-minute cruise, the flying boat landed.
The trial flight was conducted by test pilots from AVIC General Huanan Aircraft Industry Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Aviation Industry Corporation of China, Ltd. The crew efficiently finished the entire flight, with strict obedience to test rules and operating procedures.
The successful test flight demonstrated the design quality, production standards, and effective project management of the AG600 Kunlong aircraft.
