CTG is Invited to Promotion of Tourism in China held in Paris

China Tourism Group Corporation Limited (CTG) was invited to attend promotion of tourism in China (PROMOTION TOURISTIQUE DE LA CHINE) held in Paris, France, on Jan 30, with about 500 people in attendance.

2024 is the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France.

The promotion was held to promote tourism in China and push forward exchange and cooperation between China and France on tourism. CTG promoted its tourism route products and participated in the China-France tourism dialogue activity during the event.

CTG's Silk Road-themed tourism route includes visiting world cultural heritages like the Terra-Cotta Warriors in Xi’an of Shaanxi Province, the Longmen Grottoes in Luoyang of Henan Province and the Jiayuguan Pass in Gansu Province. It is designed to show the long history and culture of China.

According to the assistant general manager, CTG has been playing its role as a folk ambassador by being responsible for foreign exchange activities and has contributed to the improvement of China-France friendship with high-quality services. 

The company will continue to innovate its products and service, and to promote high-quality tourism products and service for French tourists.

For example, CTG plans to include more tourism products with interactive experiences, to improve services related to payment, telecommunication, accommodation and ticket booking, and to cultivate outstanding multilingual tour guides to enhance tour experience.

Other tourism route products themed on the folk culture in Southwest China, the Yellow River culture and China’s ice and snow attractions were also promoted during the event.

Chinese and French performances were staged and Chinese intangible cultural inheritors were also invited to perform tea art and paper-cutting.
