Following the fuel supply project at Siem Reap Angkor International Airport, the new project marks another milestone in CNAF’s “going global” strategy, demonstrating high-quality Belt and Road Initiative cooperation between China and Cambodia, deepening the Diamond Hexagon cooperation framework, and advancing a China-Cambodia community with a shared future.

Phnom Penh Techo International Airport is a nationally significant infrastructure project in Cambodia. With an investment of approximately 2 billion dollars (14.22 billion yuan), it is the largest airport project in Cambodia’s history.
The fuel supply project, with an investment of 55.92 million dollars, features three modern fuel tanks of 3,500 cubic meters each, 11.8 kilometers of precise refueling pipelines along core airport stands, and the construction of aviation fuel stations, ground refueling stations, and intelligent supporting systems.
