The two sides exchanged views on future cooperation between central state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and the IOMed.

Li congratulated IOMed on its official launch and expressed a willingness to collaborate in supporting Hong Kong in developing into a hub for international legal and dispute resolution services in the Asia-Pacific region as well as in promoting the Global Governance Initiative. He noted that SASAC supports central SOEs in leveraging the strengths of the IOMed to facilitate smooth implementation and steady and sustainable development of their projects.
Cheng briefed on the relevant work of the IOMed and expressed willingness to deepen cooperation with central SOEs to better support their participation in high-quality Belt and Road cooperation.
